PerF-Projekt – Perspektiven für Flüchtlinge

The project „PERF project – prospects for refugees“ (Agora, Castrop-Rauxel/Ickern) aims at integrating asylum seekers and tolerated people into the labor marketas soon as possible. The measure is specifically aimed at the needs of this population and will identify potentials and skillsin particular. To make sure to work close to the market, the project analyses the professional expertise of refugees in practical training.
Participants will also receive assistance in recognition of the educational and professional qualifications they acquired abroad, receive German lessons and application training. Our team consists of experienced social workers, lawyers and special trainers.
